GTS Job Coaches work one on one with clients at their place of employment to support and solidify the skills that promote long-term success in competitive employment such as: basic work roles, social skills at work, expected appearance and hygiene, punctuality, attendance, and work values. Job Coaches can also help with career planning! Career planning can include job exploration and matching skills, abilities, interests, and strengths with jobs that would be a perfect fit!
